As the Social Media Manager for this two store operation and e-commerce site, it was my responsibility to grow our social media platforms on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook - as well as all website content, including blogging, SEO and product conversions. Within my first 6 months, I doubled our follower count across Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, I would strategize on designer brand partnerships with Rolex, David Yurman, John Hardy, Hearts On Fire and more.
The social strategy involved heavily building brand awareness and driving traffic to website to optimize conversions, to attract and create a loyal customer base through engaging content and video, and eventually grew into larger conversion and e-commerce related campaigns. Strategy included aiming to attract target demos (mostly women ages 25-35 for bridal and women ages 25-60 for luxury.) As part of both our branding campaigns and promotional content, I worked on influencer outreach and established local influencer partnerships to promote BENARI events, products and awareness. I also used paid social as a way to target specific demos for brand awareness, conversion goals and e-commerce retargeting/look-a-like audiences.

While working for a local Philadelphia agency (Quaker City Mercantile), I managed the social media and content curation for an emerging spirits clients, including Single Prop Rum and Faber Liquors.
The goal was to build the brand from the ground up, attract followers and new consumers, and tell the brand's story through specific content pillars (such as travel and sustainability), brightly curated imagery and influencer partnerships. By brainstorming the ideal target audience and relevant demographics, I was able to build a social strategy that involved the use of relevant hashtags and social outreach, engaging imagery and copy and researching relevant partnerships for the brand in terms of influencers and PR.
